Is this a government portal?: No. HurHur is an independent service. We use authorised data sources to look up your challans and a real team settles them on your behalf.
What does it cost?: Government fine plus our flat HurHur service fee, which depends on the type of challan. The exact total — including any state-specific overrides for complex matters — is shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
What if a challan cannot be settled?: If our team determines a challan is unsettleable, the service fee for that challan is refunded to the same payment method. No questions.
How long does settlement take?: Settlement typically takes 45 – 60 working days, depending on the challan type and the relevant RTO or court. We keep the case updated and SMS you the moment each challan is officially cleared.
Will I get proof?: Yes. The case status updates in your dashboard, and you receive an SMS the moment the challan is officially cleared.
